Jennifer Li is a seasoned professional with a diverse background encompassing expertise in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Proficient in investment and merger acquisition strategies, strategic partnership development, product project management, marketing, business expansion, and team leadership, Jennifer has over a decade of experience assisting global expansion for Chinese companies and achieving comprehensive international footprints.

Mr. Montarbo is a frequent presenter at various workers’ compensation claims conferences including State Bar of California Workers Compensation Section, ExamWork, MedLink, the National Disability and Workers’ Compensation Conference, CAJAPA, DVICA as well as having provided the defense perspective on a number of occasions at the CAAA annual conference.

Mr. Montarbo is also an Adjunct Professor at UOP, McGeorge School of Law, as well as the Author and Assistant Editor of the Work Comp Index: A Topical Guide to California Workers’ Compensation Law, published by Lexis/Nexis.

Mr. Montarbo also is the developer and architect of the CompCalc Rating and Indemnity Apps.

Proficient in designing corporate structures for cross-border, offshore, and multi-layered companies across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, she specializes in establishing and managing business, regulatory, and procedural frameworks for startups and growing enterprises. With her extensive background, Vivian brings a wealth of experience in navigating legal complexities and implementing risk management strategies to safeguard business interests.
